ZIG'S PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT is transition of our Polish company Dom Romanow – Real Estate and Construction (Romanow’s House) which was operating from capital of Lower Silesia – Wroclaw (W.Pola street No 70; 51-123 Wrocław) in years 1999 – 2004.
Mortgages in Poland
If you will need mortgage to buy property in Poland , you will have to remember that:

All loans may be available on case-by-case basis.

Interest only loans are not popular.

Non-status/self certification mortgages are not available.

Letting scheme mortgage was just introduced by WBK SA for 30 years period but you will need proof of other income as well to back up your rental income.

100% value of the property mortgage may be available but only for some types of the properties,

Type of services we are providing:
1. Finding a property and assisting through the all process of buying property in Poland.
2. Optional: renovating / building/developing property (weekly photos of the progress- option available) - using local contractors and subcontractors known to us, including the best in Europe - professionals in reconstruction of listed buildings {references from Polish and German governments}.
3. Assisting in the process of obtaining permits to buy, planning permissions, building permits, obtaining EU/local subsidies for renovation and restorations as well as ecological-agriculture-tourism subsidies, etc.
4. Assisting in the process of buying from government’s agencies through their auctions.
5. Renting and managing - optional.
6. Selling - optional through agencies known and checked by us (great discounts for our clients).
7. Assisting and participating in forming syndicates for purpose of investing in Poland / Eastern Europe.
8. All other services needed to process above mentioned activities are available as an option.
