ZIG'S  PROPERTY  DEVELOPMENT  is transition of  our Polish company Dom Romanow – Real Estate and Construction (Romanow’s House) which was operating from capital of Lower Silesia – Wroclaw (W.Pola street No 70; 51-123 Wrocław) in years 1999 – 2004. Joining EU is a steady process which is bringing huge monies to the country, there are few other close dates next few years which you shouldn’t miss: expire treaty which makes difficult (but not impossible) for foreigners to buy some type of property, especially bigger area of land (which will bring heavy German investment); next one will be: joining same currency - euro .  Any one of these factors will bring an upraise of the property prices. We can secure our commission in the title to the property. Why?
