It will be harder this year to find houses, ready to move, below 25.000 GBP. Prediction is that next 5 years belongs to the properties which are in recreational areas, like ski, lake and sea resorts. As long as Polish economy is fine, and it looks like never has been better, you will see double number price appreciation of properties, in these areas.
