Because of shortage of cheap and middle price properties in interesting areas of Poland, our clients has gained, very often, about 30-50%. It will be harder this year to find houses, ready to move, below 25.000 GBP. Prediction is that next 5 years belongs to the properties which are in recreational areas, like ski, lake and sea resorts. As long as Polish economy is fine, and it looks like never has been better, you will see double number price appreciation of properties, in these areas. Our bet this year is on Lower Silesia, Great Poland and Western Pomerania provinces where you can still find bargains, but not for long.
