ZIG'S PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT is transition of our Polish company Dom Romanow – Real Estate and Construction (Romanow’s House) which was operating from capital of Lower Silesia – Wroclaw (W.Pola street No 70; 51-123 Wrocław) in years 1999 – 2004.
Mortgages in Poland
If you will need mortgage to buy property in Poland , you will have to remember that:

All loans may be available on case-by-case basis.

Interest only loans are not popular.

Non-status/self certification mortgages are not available.

Letting scheme mortgage was just introduced by WBK SA for 30 years period but you will need proof of other income as well to back up your rental income.

100% value of the property mortgage may be available but only for some types of the properties,

From May of 2009 you won't need permit to buy second house in Poland (houses, building and recreational plots, please see: Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners, so our commission will be the same like for apartment's, houses and building plot's buyers (50% lower) . You will still need permit to buy agricultural land and forest so commission will stay the same for that type of property until 2016.
From May of 2009 we are able to secure Polish mortgage for second house buyers - so far it was very difficult.

II. The prices of properties in pounds can differ from final selling price because of currency fluctuation, calculated by NBP (National Bank of Poland) daily.
III. Descriptions of the properties in Poland are not legally binding and factual state of properties may differ from what's published on our page.
IV. Property market in Poland is different from UK market and we as agents and our clients have to obey local laws and customs. Informations about properties especially these showing location of the properties are considered as a product and are not free like it is in UK (with few exceptions). To obtain that kind of details or view the interested properties you have to sign contract-agreement with an agent who will represent you or who represent seller's interest. V. Our lawyer's team designed special legal agreement between buyers and sellers of properties in Poland which is more acceptable now, for both sides. It will help you to secure land, farms and some smallholdings before 2016 without applying for permit - saving money and time.
VI. 2015 (government's prediction) or most likely 2018 - Poland will join Euro zone - means rise in Polish properties prices.
