New changes for our clients, including lower commission, very often even lower than in Poland - we can do it because we serve only registered and serious buyers - see prices . Some of the offers are available for registered clients only. From May of 2009 you won't need permit to buy second house in Poland (houses, building and recreational plots, please see: Legal matters) so our commission will be the same like for apartment's buyers (50% lower) as long as you will sign final agreement after May 2009. You will still need permit to buy agricultural land and forest so commission will stay the same for that type of property until 2016. From May of 2009 we will be able to secure Polish mortgage for second house buyers - so far it was very difficult.
